Chlorum’s first American facility

Chlorum Solutions is building its first American facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, with operations expected to begin in Q1 2027.

The plant will supply caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), and hydrochloric acid—essential for water treatment, sanitation, and manufacturing, particularly in Arizona’s expanding semiconductor sector.

The Arizona facility will be Chlorum Solutions’ first facility in the US and operate using the latest, ‘best in class’ technology for chlor-alkali production worldwide.

Positive Impact

Logistics optimization

We bring production closer to demand by supplying products that currently come from other states, such as Texas and Louisiana. Producing these chemicals locally reduces long-haul transport, lowers emissions, and strengthens supply chain resilience.

Clean and Efficient Technology
Our plant uses best-in-class membrane cell technology—the safest and most environmentally sound method for chlor-alkali production. No mercury, no asbestos, no toxic effluents and more energy efficient than alternative technologies.

Safer
Our plant eliminates the need to bring in chlorine, a toxic inhalation hazard, by rail into Arizona used to produce bleach. The chlorine we produce is immediately transformed into bleach, with no chlorine liquefaction or storage on site. Safer for both people and the environment.

Positive Community Impact

We are committed to supporting Casa Grande through the creation of quality jobs and responsible industrial development that puts safety and sustainability first.
