Chlorum Solutions’ first plant in the Serra Catarinense region.
Located in Palmeira, Santa Catarina, the facility began operations in May 2026 and represents an important step in Chlorum Solutions’ expansion across Southern Brazil. The company’s presence in the region strengthens local industrial potential and contributes to the development of the regional supply chain.
With a production capacity of 45 metric tons of chlorine per day, the plant produces caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite, and hydrochloric acid, serving strategic sectors such as water treatment, mining, pulp and paper, textiles, sanitation, and metallurgy. The facility expands regional access to essential chemical inputs and reinforces Chlorum’s decentralized production model.
The Palmeira plant is Chlorum Solutions’ eighth operation in Latin America and reinforces the company’s strategy of bringing production closer to consumption centers, increasing operational efficiency and reducing logistics impacts.
